Last updated: October 8, 2026. HeyCoachApp.com is a private sales-coaching and contact-management app operated by HeyCoach LLC (Old Bethpage, NY) for use by Matthew Fusco. It is not offered to the public.
If you fill in the "Interested?" form on the HeyCoachApp.com home page, we keep the name, phone number, optional email and optional role you enter so Matt Fusco can call or email you about HeyCoachApp. That form does not sign you up for text messages. We do not sell or share this information. To have it deleted, call (516) 908-5931 or email mfusco@heycoach.com.
Contacts (names, phone numbers, email addresses, birthdays, notes), follow-up tasks, call logs and coaching notes that the account owner enters or imports. Data is stored in a private, access-controlled database and is protected by passkey or phone-code sign-in.
With the account owner's permission, the app uses Google APIs to: add, update and remove the app's own follow-up events on the owner's Google Calendar; read the owner's Google Contacts so new contacts appear in the app; and read (never send, change or delete) recent Gmail messages with a specific contact so the owner can see them on that contact's page.
HeyCoachApp.com's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide these features to the account owner. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties, except that short excerpts may be processed by the app's AI assistant provider solely to answer the owner's own questions.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Service providers that host or process data for the app (hosting, database, telephone and AI providers) act only on our instructions.
The owner can disconnect Google at any time in the app (Menu > Security) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Contacts in the app can be removed on request.
